The maintenance practical training platform consists of two parts: the basic platform and the practical training module.

The structure and size of the base platform are designed in accordance with the requirements of the aircraft manual, as close as possible to the real cabin structure of the aircraft. According to the aircraft skin structure, the operation interval (skin) is 2.4m * 1.2m, and the overall height of the platform is 1.8m. The platform adopts double-sided structure, which can accommodate 4 students to operate simultaneously according to the idea. Pad mounting bracket is included on the base platform (convenient for students to consult the manual).

According to the platform-based and flexible design ideas, each training module can be installed and replaced as easily as possible. Currently, four basic training modules have been designed and completed:

1.Standard line construction module;

2.Pipeline construction module;

3.Insurance construction module;

4.sealing and gluing construction module;

Among them, the standard line construction module and pipeline construction module are installed with the aircraft cabin skin structure, and the insurance and glue modules are installed on the platform through the standard plane mounting plate.
