This test bed is designed to provide general test for small and medium flow pneumatic accessories. It can carry out related tests on switching valves, regulating valves, flow control valves, air check valves, starting valves, electromagnetic valves, servo valves and temperature valves, which can meet the maintenance and test requirements of most medium and low flow pneumatic accessories of aircraft. This test bench provides manual and automatic test functions, users can according to different test objects for secondary development, redefine the test process.

System parameters:

·3 pressure supply circuit: one high pressure, five low pressure, one vacuum circuit;

·11 pressure measurements: 0 ~ 300 psi; 0 ~ 160 psi; 0 ~ 600 psi. 0 ~ -145 psi, measuring accuracy of ±0.25% F.S.

·7 channels of differential pressure measurement: 0 ~ 30 psi; 0 ~ 50 psi; 0 ~ 60 InH2O; 0 ~ 15 InH2O; 0 ~ 100 InH2O, measuring accuracy of ±0.25% F.S.;

·6 groups of flow measurement, measurement range: 0.003 ~ 14ppm, measurement accuracy: ± 1%F.S;

·6 sets of temperature sensors: measuring range: 0 ~ 150℉, measuring accuracy: ±1℉;

·1 set of micro-volume flowmeter: 0 ~ 10ml/min, for leak detection;

·Provide computer data acquisition system, software with data acquisition, data processing and saving test results and other related functions;
